A trip down memory lane in Israel

My sister is currently in Israel on a Birthright trip. She’s been posting photos whenever she can and seeing her photos had me going through photos from my own Birthright trip that I took in February 2010.

The ten days that I spent in Israel on the trip were amazing. It is a true once in a lifetime experience to see all the sites from history for the first time. I went to Israel not knowing much aside from the major historical events, but I left with so much knowledge and love for the country. I hope that one day I can go back and spend more time there, especially in Tzfat, Acre, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, my favorite places in the country.

I never wrote a post about my trip, so I figured since I was going through my photos, now was a good time to post some of my photos from my favorite places in Israel. My first few days in Israel it was raining and quite foggy, plus I didn’t have my DSLR camera, all the more reason to return for a visit, right?

Sometimes you capture things by pure accident, this was one of them in Acre.
