Since I love doing nature photography, especially flower shots, I’m trying to photograph my way through as many gardens as I possibly can on Long Island. I haven’t branched out of Nassau County yet but the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Suffolk County is next on the list to visit. The latest garden that I visited yesterday was the Clark Botanic Garden located in Albertson, New York. Despite the fact that I drove right past the garden when I was looking for it — the small sign for the entrance was really only visible once you drove past it — its a great place to visit. 12 acres of many varieties of flowers, trees and everything else nature has to offer, what’s not to love?
