Brooklyn Botanic Garden: Part III

With the exception of the Osborne and Native Flora gardens I managed to see and photograph every other area at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. I was really looking forward to checking out the herb garden since on their Twitter feed the Brooklyn Botanic Garden had tweeted about small white egg-shaped eggplants that were growing only a few days before my visit, but when I got to the herb garden I could not find them. Despite not finding eggplants, I was really surprised to find that they grow as many varieties of fruits, vegetables and herbs that they do at the herb garden. The Lily Pool Terrace is absolutely beautiful. Two pools filled with all different colors of water lilies and you can spot some fish swimming around as well.
