Summer in the City

Last weekend I spent the day in my favorite parts of Manhattan, Chelsea and the Meatpacking district with my sister. She had never been to The High Line and Chelsea Market so I got to show her spots I love.

summercity7Google’s office is across the street from the Chelsea Market. In honor of June being Pride Month, they swapped out the o’s in their name with the pride flag. I snapped this picture of the sign and with yesterday’s historic ruling that legalizes gay marriage in every state of the United States, I’m glad I took that picture last weekend while admiring the sign.

Aww, these gorgeous pictures brought back some great NYC memories! I loved visiting the High Line the last time I was there then grabbing a lobster roll at Chelsea Market. So fun!
