September Blooms

I love that where I live, dahlias tend to bloom late in the summer which means they stick around well into autumn. While the other flowers start to fade, dahlias — which are one of my favorite flowers — are still going strong. When I’m in need of a floral pick me up, I always check out one of my favorite hidden garden spots, the dahlia garden at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, NY, where I captured these pretty pink and purple dahlias.
